If a visit to our showroom is not possible, a salesperson will happily answer any inquiries you may have by either phone or email. All of our furniture pieces are available for order with a 4-6 week ship date. As our lamps, wall art and accessories are forever changing like the seasons, we will do our best to make available for purchase any items viewed on the website.

Shipping
We will ship your order anywhere. Log furniture is delivered by a freight carrier with the most affordable rates to your area. Rustic Point takes great pride to ensure your items are packaged well before shipping. When your order is shipped, you will be called so that you can make the proper arrangements for your delivery. Before accepting delivery, it is very important that you inspect all furniture for any possible damages or missing items. If you do notice that something is damaged or missing, this MUST be noted on your delivery receipt. If this should happen, please contact Rustic Point immediately and we will take the necessary steps in order to insure that your product is redelivered as quickly as possible.
Our Policies
Rustic Point carries a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any piece of defective merchandise. No cash refunds are given. In the event of damage during shipping, we will repair or replace the piece and return it free of charge.
