With her ever present smile and unbounded energy, founded Rustic Point in April 2005. A former CPA with a background in sales and marketing, Sara saw an opportunity to bring the beautiful rustic furnishings of her native Minnesota to her new home in Colorado. The refined rustic appeal and superior craftsmanship, showcased with a vast array of mountain-style accessories, has created a loyal customer base for five years!

Carol joined Rustic Point in 2007.  Her background is Architectural Design and attended Cornish School of Allied Arts in Seattle, Washington.  She later transferred to Oahu, Hawaii and met her husband, Richard.  They have one son, Cody and currently reside in Evergreen, Colorado.  Carol’s bubbly personality & witty sense of humor are sure to make your shopping experience a pleasant one!

Marty Nickoley was welcomed to Rustic Point in 2010. She majored in Graphic Design/Commercial Art at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. After working in commercial design in Chicago, Marty married her husband, Bruce, and has now resided in Evergreen for the last 24 years, where they raised 3 children. She has been actively involved with interior design for the last five years and now brings her creativity, style and service to our Rustic Point customers. Marty loves Colorado and spends time outdoors hiking and cycling as well as cooking and entertaining!

Our store designer, Alexa Cowley, can come to your home to help with any and all design challenges you may have! Whether it’s help rearranging a room and where to put that new furniture piece, help with paint colors, or even renovation and remodeling questions!! She has worked in the Evergreen area since 2000 and has a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the design industry!!

Matt is currently enrolled at Red Rocks Community College studying Firefighting & EMT Training.  He has been delivering furniture for Rustic Point for 4 years and there is not a driveway, hallway or shipment he cannot master!  When he is not delivering furniture, Matt enjoys sky-diving and volunteering his time with the Evergreen, CO Volunteer Fire Department.

Maggie is one of Rustic Point’s most reliable employees.  She will greet you at the door and show you through the whole store leading you directly to her biscuit jar.  Come visit Maggie!
